When will out of stock items be restocked?

We pride ourselves on offering exclusive items to serve our clients and customers.  All of our collections are limited edition and once they are sold out, they will not be restocked.

 

Is the clothing for men or women (sizing)?

All Favoured merchandise is unisex.

 

How are gift cards delivered?

Gift cards can be purchased and delivered as an e-gift card and there is not expiration date for when it must be redeemed.

How long does it take to ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We only ship within the U.S

 

What is the refund/exchange policy?

WE DO NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS.  ALL MERCHANDISE, IS NON-RETURNABLE, FINAL SALE, AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME ONCE AN ORDER IS PROCESSED. 

 

Can I place custom orders?

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 9am-6pm EST (excluding holidays).
